New Life for the Daughters of Charity
To celebrate this very special occasion Sr. Catherine Prendergast Provincial of the Irish Province travelled to Kenya. The new Seminary Directress Sr. Aine O' Brien, recently appointed to this mission in Kenya welcomed Sr. Catherine and together with the four senior seminary sisters prepared a prayerful and very joyful liturgy for the occasion. The community from Thigio where the three sisters had been postulants also travelled to Chanzo to be part of this special celebration. Sisters Bridgit, Judith and Winifred begin another stage of their journey and we wish them God's blessing and a growth in the spirit of the Daughters of Charity, given to God, in community for service.
