Support us

Assist us with our Ministry

It is with your service, prayer, support, and financial assistance, the Daughters of Charity are able to respond to the needs of those we serve.

You can help us in the following ways:

It is by serving those most in need that you are able to improve their reality.  It is the work of many people for longer or shorter periods of time that ensure that the most vulnerable are served.  The Vincentian Lay Missionaries (VLM) provide opportunities to adults to work alongside Daughters of Charity in their overseas missions. For further information or to explore the possible of volunteering go to: or e-mail

There are very many opportunities to undertake shorter or longer terms of volunteering here in Ireland in the various ministries.  Information on these opportunities is available by contacting a ministry directly or e-mail

Other groups within the Vincentian Family welcome volunteers for a few hours a week or for longer term commitment. For further information contact to volunteer with the Society of St Vincent de Paul or or e-mail and in Northern Ireland  for opportunities to volunteer with DePaul Ireland.

Pray for Us

We greatly appreciate your prayers for the Daughters of Charity and for the persons whom we serve.

Financial support is always welcomed and appreciated as many of our ministries depend upon fund raising to continue to provide essential services to those who are most vulnerable in society.
